Information we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. When the Jeje product launches, we may also collect account, identity, bank account, device, and transaction information needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use waitlist emails to send launch updates and early access invitations. Product information will be used to create and secure accounts, verify identity, operate vaults, process scheduled payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Jeje, including providers for hosting, analytics, identity verification, payments, banking, fraud prevention, and customer support. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal requirements, and for legitimate business needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from launch emails using the link in any message. You can also ask to be removed from the waitlist or request privacy help by contacting us.

We may update this policy as Jeje develops. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and provide any additional notice required by law.
